    Forget about the personal approach.
Go the insurance route. She pays that excess, not you. Normally it is paid to the repairer before they release the vehicle, but in cases like this I think you will find that the insurer will take it direct from her. Either way, you get your bike fixed and are not out of pocket.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

usually the excess only applies if you are at fault

you aren't, so they'll chase it out of her
    who is your insurer?

So have ya done anything bout it yet? I suggest also a group ride to her parents house, I'm sure the KB family would help ya out. A big group of pissed off bikers always looks intimidating.

Yup, Insurers waive the excess when an "at fault third party" is positively identified.

You only need about 4-5 depending on size of the guys- (I know this lol) it's surprisingly easy.

Dude, fuck the bullshit, call your insurance company, and lodge a complaint with the police, that will get her attention. The advice is all here for you, everyone is saying the same thing. It's better to do it earlier than later, I can see her old man unless he's a biker refusing to pay for a new helmet even though now from a drop like that it will be fucked, as he will think your being a jerk as it's probably just got a small dent/rash right? And do some extra damage to it that's consistant with the drop, she being a little shit, teach her a lesson mate.

So, the damage. Fucked the mirror and all the paint Snapped break lever and scratched muffler and side fairing Not to mention the helmets scratched to fuck!!!

So i want advice should i just take it on the chin? send her the bill? Or send her half?

I dont want to be too harsh but im pretty pissed off
Your kidding??? You need advice from a forum for this???

It's no brainer - just like the 'girl' who damaged your property.

Send her the bill - don't skimp on the repairs either. If you stood on the roof of her car and dented it dont you thing she (or anyone) would expect you to pay for it???

SEND HER THE BILL. Dont care that you have to work with her - she did something bad to you, and you are just telling her to pay for the damage SHE caused.

Yeah dude, seriously she's being a little bitch and she's going to get away with it if you don't make it more serious, keep the ball rolling.

Maybe get your dad to try one night then call the insurance company the next day, talk to your insurance company they know how to deal with people like this.

I would have been on the cops the next day for a full complaint then to the insurance company, people have to learn a bit of consequence and "do unto others", you break someones stuff, you pay!

Insurance claim is the only way it'll get sorted.
NOTE to OP - when making that claim, be sure that you give the insurer ALL the details, including subsequent texts and stuff. Because if she denies responsibility, you will need proof. The insurer can't find it without you, and the excess will then be on you.

Previous humouress posts aside, I'm not sure that he quite needs a group to go intimidate a 17 year old girl just yet... at least give the system (that you're paying your hard earned money for) a try first

Gave the insurers's (AA) a call before. They said that they will pursue it without a problem. I gave them all the info, the girls name, the time it happened, an explanation of the damage done, and that i wanted a new helmet out of it.

They didn't have a problem with it and did confirm that she will pay the excess (yeah i know you all said that)

So they will be getting back to me at work this afternoon.

Make sure if she starts stirring up dissent towards you at work you stomp that down really quick... females can be utter bitches when it suits them. Your supervisor knows of the incident, so if you have a moan about her doing it (should she), then it's on record should it be an issue later...
