Cary has sown the seeds of an idea for a ride out of eastern BOP.

He would like a nice easy ride for the Saturday.
Myself, I would like to do a full LAP of the East Coast !

Accommodation arrangements are well underway.

We are going to discuss this over one beer only, on his ride this weekend.

Your feelings at this stage....?

I'll wait until the plan is a bit better formed , but 3 days is going to be an issue due to work commitments. A saturday/sunday would suit me better

Well it was all off but i've been thinking about it Rosie (had already booked off my shifts) and I think i'll do something after all on weekend of 31 Jan -1st Feb, dates suit you?

After talk at Coro ride I was worried it may clash with Clints ride but prelim dates he suggested it looks ok.

Gonna make a couple ph calls but look out for a post Sunday.........

Yep, 31 Jan-1 Feb is clear for us, I was vaguely thinking about a Motu-Waioeka loop, but there's plenty of dirty options around there so we'll work something out to end up at wherever your Sat night stop will be.

Or I could just fit the road tyres up to the KTM & keep all you Ducati riding posers honest

Hopefully the BT45's would grip the tar a bit better than that TKC80 did on the way to Whanga' on the TTTTT...

And apparently Kanny's Bandit is operational, so we may be able to convince her to join us.

I suspect that the sherp and I will just be meeting up with the road riders at strategic points, rather than attempting to keep up with anyone
