Dr Swoop prescribes an immediate course of "fishing".
    Administer daily, with alcohol.

    Repeat until finished.

Shit,I just had a horrible flash back.. Dressed in flappy gown and plastic bags On my feet and having been left alone in my cubicle for ages, I did a runner to the hospital toilet, through reception, arse hanging out etc.

Got to the urinal trough, lifted up my rent a tent, so I'm naked from the nipples down and slipped on the pissy floor, because of the bags on my feet, falling head long into the urinal, smacking my head real hard in the process.

I'm now faced with a walk back through reception soaked in piss and water, arse hanging out and blood pouring from my forehead.

I left the bloody Hospital worse than when I went in, happy days.

Heal Quick Geoff me old mate, coulda happened to anybody Mate

As someone who has to inject himself at least 5 times a day in the stomach, I'll offer you some advice. Start on the left hand side, and work your way to the right. If you inject twice in the same place before it heals it hurts soooooo bad.

Hope you get better soon Geoff.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Damn, if only I could give you my haemophilia for a bit. I have to take injections straight into veins to thicken my blood

    Take care out there.

I feel kinda out of place in this thread... I'm getting better and I only have a jab, (in my butt), every three weeks and take 3 little white pills every day...

Get well Geoff, sorry to hear about the complications. I guess as we get older we don't bounce quite as well as we used to... Nowadays, I'm more likely to go "splat" than "boing"...

If the doc is really young don't call him Dougie(Howser)they tend to get upset.

Remember having a colonoscopy, then after aneasthetic had worn off going to the crapper(doc said you may get wind)started to piss, then an almighty ripper of a fart was let go,apparently the surgical outpatients ward at NP base hospital nearly collapsed with the sonic boom emmitting from the gents.

Can sympathise with the stomach jabs, met a few in oncology getting the chemo via stomach infusion, didn't look comfy, mind you having a local jab in the neck aint much fun either, rather tender place as well.
