Some VERY nice riding of a Goldwing GL 1800. Apparently the guy is 70 years old?

At 360kg dry plus fuel and rider I'd say he was doing more than a fair to middling job of it.

Surprised Katman or Dipshit has'nt been here to voice their disapproval yet...

I thought who ever it was they were riding that Wing about as spritely as it could be ridden.

Yeah, until something a little more solid touches down and sends the bike sliding into the path of an oncoming motorcyclist.

But hey, why worry about it until it happens, right?

I haven't ridden one and it still looks impressive. I have followed a few wings in my time though and they can be punted surprisingly hard. Too quick for me...

That is some mondo impressive riding. Is it dangerous? Well quite frankly yes but shit that man has church bells, big massive brass ones for throwing a goldwing around like that.

Darn thats fast for any bike, not just a gold wing. He was using some very advanced riding techniques to get that bike around those bends and he must know those bends like the back of his hand.

They have big grinding pucks on the lower bodywork.

They are another of the supertankers that prove that the centre of gravity is more important than the mass.

They are actually quite easy to chuck around. It's only moving them with feet down that mass become apparent.
