We're just home from Te Kaha...saw countless gratuitous crossings of the centre line, mainly by SUV drivers. Simply lazy driving. I really feel for the poor buggers that get taken out by these prats.
We passed the accident site - lots of stuff still on the road, oil etc, from the look of it. When heading to Napier, come up from the bridge, reach the flat and there's a gravel road off to the left...scene was just past there.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Yep. They going to be thick on the roads up that way today. One of the best years Mahia has had in a while so I'm told. Unfortunately the RF is electrically challenged (in Wgtn) at the mo so I can't join you.
