Some people think I have overdosed on Buell koolaide.
I've met the man and am friends with 'his people'.
If every company of 183 employees was as passionate about their product and as well intentioned as they try and be - the world would be a better place.

M&W aren't responsible for that decision.
Harley-Davidson Australia are the distributors and warrantors.

He didn't call their product crap. He simply stated that some paint had rubbed off, which it had, and asked if anyone else had had the same issue.

He then promptly reported on how the distributors are being good cunts and fixing it up for him.

    Works for me.

If the only issue you ever have with a Buell is some worn paint you are doing very well.....

I am Balzy's better half and I wish all the missinformed little boys here who keep refering to his 1125R as being or having harley anything would wake up and smell the coffee!!!!!

It's an effort at breaking away from "harley" and i must say it a fucking awsum effort

We all ride what we do for whatever reason and everone is so quick to judge, Yeh yeh i know i can hear you all saying......what would you know your just a chick and ya don't even have a bike(yet)

Before i go i'd like to thank you Jrandom......Your the only one who backed balzy when james was so quick to say he was slagging them off(which he wasen't) All he was after was some info on maybe others who experienced the same thing & it's quite surprising just how many had.

It's what's at the end of the rods that I particularly like.

Hydraulic self adjusters. No shims, no cam chains, no tensioners and were amongst the first with 8k service intervals.

The 1125R has a combination of mechanical and shim operated valves however.

The sound isn't bad either. I like the belt drive, nice simple engine, good efficiency. The poor reputation keeps the prices where I want them too.
