    Heh!

Don't worry, we'll harden you up and have you out on the Rusty Nuts Grand Challenge in no time.

In fact, if I were you, I'd make that a goal for this year.

I'm with Star so let me know if they do as I might be able to be persuaded to do Sunday for a laugh.

You can trailer it there and back in return for gas money if you already happen to be going, or get your jollies riding it down (and spending a day in sunny Taupo) if you're insurable on the owner's policy.

The owner (a colleague of mine) has just upgraded from a Hobag 250 and doesn't feel quite comfortable on the open road yet. Give him his due; he's doing his learning in the best possible environment.

So he's driving his car down to the trackday, but doesn't have a towbar or trailer.

The bike needs to be at Taupo track by 8:30am on Saturday 17 January, and back in Auckland by sometime on Sunday.

    Any takers?

C'mon, it's an 848. Imagine riding something like that along Old Taupo Road. Ye gods.

Would love to but im riding down tomorrow for the 16 and 17 track days, fuck i'd love to take her down there.
I want to ride everyday...... Fuck work

We're already sorted with a trailer, so all is well. Cheers dude. I actually forgot about The Van (tm).

And why does everyone think this is a pisstake?

Well, if Duke848 does Sunday I might as well do it too, since I'm getting a lift to and from Taupo in his missus's car.

What rubbish, put you on a racetrack beside it and you'd last about 23 seconds of pup-tenting your leathers before you rolled over and started twisting the throttle.
