Just coming back after 28 years.....

But when I ride the R65 it doesn't feel like a BMW - it is some other sort of pushrod 2 valve 650 twin.It loves to rev and flicks through corners like a bike built in a country that didn't lose WWII.

sheesh its going much higher than i thought it would...nearly 7k last time i looked,was a nice complete bike but it needs ome work ie a complete service and prolly an exhaust(or at least a muffler)

Jeez, maybe I should track down a Dakar tank for mine and put it up for sale, Thats silly money.

its not silly money if its what ya into. 1 owner bike that needs a tidy up. Its all there. Refurbish and ya got a beautiful looking bit of kit if its what ya like.

have you noticed how this model always sells well. The R80ST on turd me the other week was another good buy
