The dude will have a semi-plausible excuse by the time it gets to court, the judge will pat him on the head and the Scooter Centre's insurers will get paid 7.32c per month until Doomsday.

At least CFWB will get the "satisfaction" of humiliating the dude a little, if the red light running dweeb's natural arrogance hasn't already overridden his memory completely and made the whole thing some hooligan motorcyclist's fault.
