Have fun up north you guys, still very bummed I'm not coming too. Looks like a great weekend, so please try not to enjoy the ride too much.

As for my bike, it's now ensconced in my mate's garage, got the service manual, looks like HD are coming to the party on supplying a new belt under warranty, so should be pulling things apart and making a mess fairly soon now.

Won't be long til I need a reversing light. May have time for a clean as well, I won't recognise it then

Great to hear about a replacement belt, does that not include fitting as well considering it's as you say a warranty deal?

No, just the belt, because it's HD that has a 90-day warranty on the part, not the shop.
