    WANTED: CB125T ignition with key

    Hey guys flatmate has a 1979 cb125t honda, having an issue with his ignition, (tried to fix it, can't) i know alot of you bucket guys run them, anybody got an ignition and key they are willing to sell?

    If in auckland i can come to the bucket meet this weekend to grab it...

    You can buy an new ignition for about $40 from any decent bike shop, $30 from Supercheap Auto or if you can buy from Jaycar electronics a simple ignition to stop spark and install a switch to turn off accessories. It all depends on how much time you want to spend rewiring things

    Its more mounting it that is the issue...the standard one has the mounting holes moulded into the plastic surround (which ya cant remove without fucking it)

    is this the same bike that is making all the noise and upsetting everyone???
    If it is.... Why fix it? if it dont work it dont start.... If it dont start your problem is fixed.
    If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.

    Same bike....

    Tracked down an ignition today at the bucket track...

    Nah had a word to him, said a neighbour had had serious words with me and he needs to take it easy.... he has been since....of course no neighbour complained...but its worked so blah.
