Normally I wouldn't have bothered but I was worried that the the legendary status of my hero was possibly not being portrayed in the best possible light.

It's all good, I can see how you might have made an error in the blinding glare of such awesomeness!

Watching Hugh Anderson chasing Kevin Schwantz, both on Manx Nortons was - well I'm not sure what it was but it was way cool.

Had to leave early today and damned gutted to miss out on witnessing that battle with Mr Anderson

But to see Schwantzy catch and pass Dave Cole yesterday was way cool as well.

He done did it again today! Epic duel swapping the lead, neck and neck into the hairpin. Matchy and Norton battles! Old school FTW.

Dave C has talked about nothing else since he came home today. He was at Puke today and he has described every moment of the Anderson/Schwantz race to me (repeatedly). Sounds like it was a fantastic race and a great day out.

I had a brief chat to him today too and taped part of the interview he did at the track.

He was very nice to talk to. So was his dad.
