    Interesting!!! could be a go'er i guess.

I really do need some other way to relax though.

I can't think of anything to replace it with.

Take up some kind of exercise that will make your lungs really work, it'll take your mind off it, release stress and make you wish you hadn't had that last ciggie.

Throw all your ciggies, lighters, everything in the bin and stop.
People who finish the last of the pack before quiting are missing the point.

    Ok, try this then:
    - One after breakfast
    - One with morning tea
    - One after lunch
    - One with afternoon smoko
    - One after dinner
    - Random one during evening
    - Random one during evening
    - Random one during evening

That's week 1. Every week after, pick one and eliminate it from your day. 8 weeks later, they're all gone. Of course, it'll take some willpower, but without that, no method will work. If you can spooge some patches from the government to help the process, so much the better.

Self control has never been my strong point.

Now stop being a sorry-arsed limpdick. Smoke if you want to, don't smoke if you don't. What else do you expect anyone to be able to tell you? There's no magic pill that cures sorry-arsed limpdick syndrome.

Hahahaha, there's something going on in your life?

    Sorry, I hadn't noticed.

Headbanger's right. You don't know what stress is.

Unfortunately there isn't cause I seriously think that *you* could benefit from one of those magic pills your self with your behaviour of late.
