    Hi! Another newbie here (Flossi)

Hi. I joined up a few months ago but haven't been back and posted until now.

So far I've only ever been on the back of a road bike, and my only attempt at riding on my own was on a TS185ER on Foxton Beach (yep I fell off once and tried to pick the heavy beast back up again)

So, I've got my gear but still no bike. I'd really like to get onto getting my licence this year though, so that one day hubby and I will both be able to go for rides together (without him having my not-overly-fat butt on the back).

Maybe my delayed new years resolution should be to get my learners before the end of 09

Heaps to read on here, I work in road safety so lots to learn here from both sides of the coin

Welcome aboard Flossi, I wonder what the hubby thinks about losing the not so fat butt from the co pilot seat? Most of us enjoy a cute rear end on a bike........

    have fun and enjoy!
