Good choice of bike... the only way you could have made a better choice was to get the C50 T...

I had to agree with you post in the other thread about Harleys... No point in getting a sportster when your obviously keen on the classic Cruiser look. The Heritage Softail Classic is my dream buike but twice the price of my Bully.

Well .... you're right a 'T' would have been good .... but I had to weigh things up, and I went with the base model for a start, and I'll add to it as I go. I've ordered a back rest/sissy bar from Motoshop in the USA, and that should be here in another week. I'll get a screen and lowers at some stage, and bags, and crash bar/motor protector maybe ....

But !!! I just took delivery of the beast 30 minutes ago!! Matt from Coleman's has just dropped it off, so while my ribs won't let me ride it yet ..... it is in my garage as of today .... and I can "look at it" and sit on it and stuff !!! Having it here , .... will help with the motivation to get well !!!!

And as for the Harley thing. I have never had the pleasure of ridding one Yet.
A Harley hasn't really figured in my choice of bike, because I haven't been able to see many and get a decent look at them, but mainly because of the price. I know the sporty is reasonably priced ... but they didn't appeal to me as a choice for a cruiser.

I looked at Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha for cruisers ..... and not forgetting, probably my favourite .... the Triumph America. The new America's are about $17K now on the road, so ..... just out of reach for this time. For the money, and just overall appeal, the C50 was my choice. I think I have got a bargain. Great styling IMHO, reliable, ok on gas .... and yeah .. just a bloody good bike!
So ..... I'll just have to get my bod right ,.... and get out and put some miles on her!
I'll post some pics of her soon, but she's in the garage at the mo, and I can't do her justice with decent pictures ... so will wait for a nice day, and get her outside ... and then I'll post pics of her ..... with my 'Jog' as her sidekick! lol
