Okay....trubs is we have a Law...what would happen if you were arrrested, wrongly of course...but you were not allowed name suppression? The Law has to be "objective" to create a balance and to protect us all. If the person gets found guilty they face the consequences...that's what the Law...whether we like it or not...is there for.
