    Said in the dom post today that there has been a problem/delay in the refining of it over in oz and the ship arrives in wellington tonight and will be back up and running with a full supply by weeks end.

    With the latest oil strike off Taranaki (First Oil Strike )perhaps we won't run out again. We can ship the oil from Taranaki to Oz refine it as 98 and ship it back. It's got to be a more constant supply, quicker and cheaper. Makes good sense.

    Anyway I prefer 95.

    Is that what's going to happen though?
    I thought all the oil sucked outta NZ was sold on the overseas market because it was more profitable than doing what you said.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Yep, Stupid huh! Logic would suggest using a local source. Crazy if we can buy cheaper overseas than from our own coastal drilling.
