However, I did drag the old girl out for a spin today as she hasn't seen the light of day for over a month since the new sexy young thing appeared in the garage.

I mean... I didn't want the young thing getting all wet and needing polished again
You must spread yourself around all your ladies evenly or there will be catfights in the garage!

Save some for Sully Chick. He's the wise-guy what nailed you down. But I have to confess that Sully has slipped to 3rd, in the luckiest man in the world ratings. Skunk has convinced me that he is the current title holder and his argument completely neutralised my previously invincible kung-fu.

No vespas today with the rain (the little there was when I travelled) - yippeee!. I park under the awning next to the Police central and there were only 4 bikes there all day. Mine, Mrs. B's and a mate at work (plus an unknown).

I often find scooterazzi try to jam themselves next to my bike.

Next time, the mighty roar of the SV exhaust will pump soot over those scummy scooters, and two wheel drive will be engaged and will turn said scooter into dinner plate.

I dream of being that good looking with a full bottle of bourbon in hand. I'm also considering that I may be overestimating my luck by placing myself as 2nd luckiest man in the world. I am incredibly lucky, but my wife doesn't ride a murdercycle and has yet to buy me a toolbox. Might be time for a new thread.

Yeah I cracked up today, after riding the Guzzi in the downpour this morning to park up and find only motorcycles and not one 2-wheeled shopping-basket to be seen.
    Pussies !!!

There's yet another bikepark in Welly coming up. It's out the back of Farmers in Victoria Street, formally 2 carparks and just next to the 2 disabled parks.
Just thought it may be of interest.
I'll keep KB informed of any others coming along.

BUT more than that I WANT scroter riders to have a little more fucking thought about the way they park!!!!

ATTENTION SCROTER RIDERS: top tips for parking in bike parks.

You don't need just less than a metre between you and other scooters...YOU DO however need at least 1/2 a metre between you and any REAL bikes.

WHY? Real bikes most often have to lean over slightly when parked - so parking up real close on both sides of real bikes (just cos you can step through and have a centre stand) IS NOT COOL. Next time that fuckwit (who parks under the MSD building in Wellington with the oh so gay soft baby green and white vespa) does it to me again I'm going to be forced to 'move' your piece of shit myself while in the grip of a hulk out moment. Next time I will not be patient and almost stuff up my back trying to manouevre my bike out of the park without scratching your dumb looking piece of crap...I will instead take it off the stand and lie it on it's side or something even more damaging. GET IT!!! I do hope you read KB ya wanker!
Just love when you talk nasty bling went your way
If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.

    Hey Nudemetlz
Do you have any say in where they place the new parks?
We need more around the Grey St area and I was thinking that there is a perfect place directly opposite the Bose shop on Customehouse Quay (outside the underwear shop). There are 2 parking bays between the corner and the Optimation House basement ramp. Ideal place to make a bike park as they are 2 stand alone cage parks at the moment. Probably get 15-20 bikes in there which would reduce the congestion outside ANZ on Grey st.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

We came, We listened, And in one voice we answered

No not quite but I have been asked quite often my opinion on it.

I have voiced my opinion on the ANZ congestion more than once, believe me !!

I've just sent them an e-mail praising this sensible approach. I challenge those with similar positive stories to do the same. A little love can go a long way.
All that praise must have gone to their heads because they are ticketing bikes on the pavement again. They really are a bunch of fuck heads.

Real bikes have kickstarts and power valves.

    Where were they doing that?
I was on the footpath all day today (Boulcott Street) with no ticket.
