Just gone through the whole looking for a 250f and I'd say yours seems about the right price. Pitty about the rad, but it's had engine work.

What about putting it on for a $1 no reserve, pretty scary but when I was looking they were all finishing for the correct amount. But as it starts low your likley to get more people to come and look at it than if its priced along side a load of similar 250f's.

make it start at reserve. when i see something not at reserve i usually skip on to the next.

half the people you ask what the reserve is will say something gay like bid and find out, or not telling. which is a waste of my time.

put a price and people will either be interested or not, why hide it?

also, if you want a means of lowering the price more without losing money, sell the mufflers seperately, i have a mate who would probably buy them if the price was right

Agree with Boooom, start = reserve is heaps better. I hate the people who don't let you kow the reserve, more interested in knowing what I need to spend rather than guessing.

Yeah, might see if i can get the rad fixed. The engine work was only due to it blowing up lol, and i forgot to update auction... had a few more hours added since. As for $1... fuck that. Waaaay to scary, itd prob end up at about 4500.

Tried twice at S=R... no luck and fuck all watchers. But ill try that again, thanks.

I would try and sell pipes seperate... If i could get the bloody spacers off the mid pipe. Ill try again though... Maybe heat them or something. I have no idea what they are worth though.

dude, without the pipes the bikes worth less with less appeal, selling the pipes would be the worst thing you could do, go the lower reserve option and have a friend bid as security, after puting the factory pipes on mine once i cant believe anyone would buy these bikes stock! they are so flat at the top its not funny.

if he sets reserve at 5000 he would get 5000

or if he sells the mufflers for 400, he could sell the bike for 4600

a lot more people are going to be keen to buy an 06 crf for 4600

4600 for a 06 crf is fucken cheap

5000 is just a good deal

i know they go rubbish standard, but most people buying them either dont know this or dont care

    which part are you missing?

crf with mufflers $5000 = $5000 good price, but not eye catchingly great
crf without aftermarker mufflers - which most buyers dont really care about = $4600 - really cheap

seller still ends up with $5000, but sells his goods faster = win
