Well I had cancelled my plans to do a trip to Whangarei this weekend, but Im told I have to do 1,000kms for an oil consumption test (bike is good, just keeping on top of things now she has 34,000km on the clock), so buggar, off I go this afternoon, doing as Im told. Hope the weather stays fine, if not its all good as Steven has got my heated handgrips working again, just in time for winter

Does everyone still meet up at Drivers on a thursday night ? I have been past a couple of times and honestly haven't seen many people in there at all.

I work fairly close so it would be a simple hop skip and a jump, pretty keen to meet up with some bikers in Tauranga as none of my mates ride >_<

Yea Grant we still meet at Drivers. 7:00-7:30 is about the time most people turn up. Might get earlier soon though with daylight savings coming to an end.

Guaranteed we are always there. Just pop in and introduce yourself to the owners, Chris and Donna, and they will let you know to expect the crowd. If you want to join in the ride before hand we usually meet at Tauriko 5.30ish to 6pm and do about 80 - 150km rides.

Was a great weekend for riding folks. Finally clocking up a few Ks on my bike again, 1,000kms this weekend.

I am hanging for a ride! And to top it off work are a bunch of wankers..
Will try and ride to work this thursday and hope like hell I am finished in time to come along... Fingers crossed I'll see you all there!

have you tried being a bit more social with them? mebbe find out if they'd like to go for a quiet ride with you one sat arvo

then you could really get to know them deep deep down...

Theres a couple of poseurs you've got to watch out for (they're a bit gay) but on the hole all are good lol, or so I've been told
