was sorry to miss yesterdays ride to Odlins - not sure I could get my sorry ass there even on the DR - might have to appeal to Michael for a loan of the GasGas or borrow MarkS' DT230 :-)

You should be fine most of the ride, over 90% is fine. There are a few parts that are tricky enough but worst case scenario u'll need some help ... end of the day u r unlikely to be alone ...

... it only took 5 to push the Big 1150 over one of the tricky bits but still did it. On the DR it won't be that quite that bad

Rob told us that it used to be a logging track. It in parts deteriorated due to lack of maintenace and some bits in purpose to avoid undesired people to go (and burn cars for instance).

OK - folks you got me I'm up for the re run - schedule permitting of course - as I said elsewhere, enjoyed a nice geriatric meander across the Pram and out via Hydro Rd with Recycled yesterday pm - even stopped to admire the scenery and listen to the sounds of the bush on a couple of occassions - punctuated by the exhaust note of young bucks aboard MX machines going sideways whilst taking air. - yeha oh to be young again

the worst i found was not knowing whats round the next corner,, and weather to gun it or not..., i feel next time in for my self, will be a cleaner run...will thats the plan any way........
