Weaving implies them going side to side around something or each other, which they were not. They were going side to side in their own lane on a Saturday morning. Hardly what I'd call irresponsible road-users!

I have no idea where this idea of bikers demonised by the public came from but there are a few idiots that think if they crow about it often enough it will become true. You know who you are now go and sell you fucken bikes and don't darken my screen any more!
    Yeah....sell em to me...dirt cheap!

McJim...stop bringing me down man! I like the feeling of importance that my black vest and cut off gloves give me! Sort of sinister...kind of "lock up your dortas" Not the least bit "inadequate"

I hardly ever get that feeling working down at the dildo factory!

The anti WRB campaigners have said on a number of occasions that we need to get the public on side to have any hope of achieving anything.

Acting like retards on the road is only going to have the public thinking we get what we deserve.

You know, I often agree with what you say - but you are so far out on a limb here that it is laughable.

Next Dipshite'll be claiming that because one in a thousand bikers occasionally indicate right when entering a roundabout with the intention of going straight through, we are all going to be rammed off the road by Joe BlogMcCardriver.

Yeah, but what's the reason their other half doesn't let them get a bike again.. ???

Sure but does that mean riding like a zombie and therefore being blind to other road-users? Nope, safest option is to make yourself visible right? They sure did that didn't they!

I see just as many 'bad' riders as I do 'bad' drivers if we're talking in proportion here.

They can't afford it/It doesn't quite fit in with transporting your family.

You should give them your bike.

Riding side by side, weaving from side to side in their lanes.

All it takes is a slight miscalculation or just a bit of bad luck for it to all turn to shit.

Surely no-one in here is retarded enough to think that motorcyclists never misjudge things.

First of all, for what reason do you call them retards? What was so inherently bad about their road-usage?

Secondly, why would the 'public' think that just because a couple of people saw another couple of people do something?

Driving down the motorway at 70kph is more dangerous than doing what they were.

Nope I don't think it needs to be called anything... It's just riding ffs!

Just as bad as that ticking timebomb pulling out of a side road. Dangerous shit huh! Traffic lights should be everywhere!

Doing some slalom on a straight piece of road with a full lane to yourself doesn't sound that hard to me. Surely no-one in here is that unco-ordinated?

Plenty of cheap bikes around to fit any budget.

More like bikes are seen as "death traps" ridden by "temporary citizens" ... you're not getting one of those... you have a family now! says the wifey.

Another bike beside you doing the same thing takes it to another level.

(And yes, I believe there are motorcyclists out there who could fuck it up even doing it all by themselves).
