    Not my bikes but
The owner comes to hams often and paeroa not to far anyway..
The GRC rep is a good one I built the engine and it's quick....
The 911 rep is alot faster then a D2 but is still tame enough not to scrar the shit outa ya this used to be my old bike...

Ive done 4 or 5 meetings on cheep aircooled bikes over the last 4 years . If they ever start racing in hamilton or even Tokoroa on a regular basis i will go water cooled.
Will hopefully be 4 of us with 4production and 2 pro-mod bikes at Tokoroa so that should keeep us bizzy enough (3 first timers ) ..
    Anyone else runing these classes?
Im after some slicks aswell, cheep. Dont mind byin new ones but aint keen on buying 12. anyone with any old ones with life in them let me know.

    Hi Alan
    Got my bike sorted
    well most of it
Havnt really had a chance to ride it for a while

fixed the dripping fuel from the carb
    fixed the broken handel bar
    fixed the broken foot peg
    fixed the broken throttle
    Clued the broken fairings
fitted nylon to the foot pegs

Brought an old Daytona for logan and have been fixing that up too

    The Dark side
My twin brother and a mate have brought buckets
They are trying to turn me to the dark side

I have said ..."lets see who goes to A & E first!"

I did try to get them on minimotos but they moaned about not being flexable enough.

I will be there on saturday
Alan - I will catch up with you next month

    cheers

    was running about 30:1

I see sights saying run it at 50:1
is this ok for it now I have run it for a 3 -4 tanks?
    using Castrol TTS

and Dangerous bastard ?I'm not going to try 100:1

    Cheers

Hey Grant I presume you're talking about your GRC rep.

I run mine at 30:1 and would be wary of running to much leaner especially if you are running at high revs for sustained periods like at the track.

Like most out of the box pocket bikes I think that the carb is set up a little rich, but hey better that way eh?
