yay, bike freshly serviced, chuck the slicks on tomorrow. Weathers looking acceptable and accomodation booked! Woohoo!
Now I just dont know what to wear. That's the problem when you've got 3 helmets, 3 pairs of boots, 5 pairs of gloves...

Anyone at Rainbow lodge on the thurs nite??
I have spear spot in group one and can give someone a ride down from hams if they want!
MFSC lives on!
Hey guys! I cant make it cause my Daughter arrived early! Group 1
How many sessions did you do?
I got myself a 1992 liteace van and came down in that, it just fits the sv in nicely (it's the high-roof version). It's a fair bit easier and a lot warmer than riding down. The van is pretty noisy though, lots of road noise and engine noise (though I don't think it's as bad as the wind noise on the bike).
I had a good time on the track, hadn't gotten too rusty on the sv after doing the last track day on the bandit. I want to check and adjust the front suspension sag before the next trackday, I dropped some new 0.90kg/mm springs in yesterday in a hurry and didn't check the sag, I think it might've been bottoming out a little.
I think I prefer track days in autumn/winter, don't get so overheated on the bike.
Looking forward to next time.
I had a great day, again!
thanks MotoTT!![]()
bah humbug !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !
It's always a bummer to crash. But what can make it better (or worse) is if someone behind you captures it on video and puts it on YouTube!
Group 1, Session 4, Lap 1, Turn 2.
I'm reminded of the "HALT - Hammerzeit" demotivation poster

SeppoDave, that must have been later in the day, in all honestly i'm suprised you didn't go down sooner, 'specially when you had the pillion. But hey.. as long as you had fun and no one got hurt !
