We should start the sentence of all these delinquent offenders with an afternoon or 2 in the stocks, placed in a very public place with a ready supply of non lethal things to throw at them. A bit of public humiliation would stop them and their dickhead mates thinking it was so f'ing cool.

yip..and lets put all rapists, murderers and paedophiles onto an island, give them aids, cancer, bird flu and any other disease we might want a cure for and test antidotes on them...rant rant woffle woffle..

The kids are wrong no doubt...but the problem needs to be treated at the source. Im not smart enough to know or even suggest a solution.
