In seriousness though how much did they set you back? After my service I should probably look at getting some decent ones... maybe after some twin headlamps and braided lines Priorities!

LOL ... smart ass ... i like the yellow .. it will give me an excuse to smack the first cage driver that says he didn't see me .. the new rubber set me back 400.. fitted with balance .. i call it retail therapy for MEN !! .. ha ha .. well worth the investment ... after the last ride, so many guys said i should get new rubber ... and i tell you what .. they were right! .. big time... it's a different machine now.. still a bright yellow ho ho tho ... mu ha ha ha

Nice one - it's just $400 more than I currently have after paying the mortgage, the bike loan, feeding all the hungry mouths in the house etc etc.

will just have to trust my handling....mind you the OEM tyres on the VTR are Bridgestone as well.

Don't stress about the hungry mouths once they are hungry enough the hunting instinct kicks in automatic.

All so helps controll the local wild cat population, so you can justify spending all that money on your bike by saying that you are doing your bit for the enviroment after all wild cats kill native birds.

The VTR has a tiny pillion seat compaired to the bandit

Personally I don't see the point of a pillion seat on a 250.

It's not like any of them are strong enough to decently pull two people and most people on a 250 have only got learner or restricted licences.

Chainsaw? Is your VTR that slow that you feel you will get more power out of the chainsaw engine?
