Why the assumption that the young lady is associated with the police? She has merely asked if someone would care to give her ride on their pillion (whether there may be unstated romantic overtones is not for me to say). She has not attempted to find details of routes or times, or to encourage any law breaking activity. As a mole or agent provocateur she would be a distinct disappointment to her employers.
Someone surely can offer her a ride?

If all is above board and you are just there for the riding experience then I am sure my missus wouldn't mind that much so if you are around on a KB ride and I'm on it give me a yell and I'll put my rear seat on.

If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

I can take you for a thrilling ride down to the letter box and back.
Julie take a serious note from me - there are all types on this site, some of them will bait and try and get you to bite... dont bother, you playing into their game... move on. You say you want to ride pillion talk and communicuate with the people who want to help. The rest should be water off a ducks back matie!
Welcome to KB, Julie!
If you are not 100% confident in your riding skills, get yourself a Street Magic and log some kms. I bet in 6 months you'll be shopping for the real deal.
"People are stupid ... almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule
