Anyone recommend an insurance company?

just got my renewal quote through from the aa...
Premium: $885
full cover (wont let me go third part fire & theft)
$2,000 excess
value insured $5000
Bike is a Bandit 250

I have just over 2 years riding experience and am wanting a third party fire and theft premium that doesnt cost the earth, standard excess (around $300) also.

Anyone worth getting a quote from?

ASB was cheapest for me but wouldnt do it without car or house insurance, other that that AMI was reasonable

Cheers, just rang kiwibike, the guy was at home doing some wallpapering, and did me a quote.

Full cover $450, excess of $1500. Sweet.

If you want a lower excess try AMI, they were about $250 more premium but $500 less excess for me.

Also a little trick i found is with some places if you ring them back and get another quote they vary heaps so u cld try that if you like to try get lower prices
