LOL...I drinking an average LBlack about 3m away from that bike.

Like HDC said: black with red 'highlights' is better. Red shock, red plug leads...red clutch cover. Only works on black bike though...like the Z1000.

I'd either polish the red bit and leave the rest black or black the lot.

I you never change you oil the cover will become black as well ..........

You could paint the cover black, but it would look way better to leave it red and paint the bike gloss black! Now that would look the biz....
