A good ride, well attended, by well behaved people. It is awesome & confidence inspiring to ride in a group where nobody steps out of line by doing something that puts others at risk. Sorry there was no gravel Zukin - hope you enjoyed yourself anyway? And Wasp27, that HD of yours is a thing of beauty.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I was not at all worried about finding some gravel, that is what weekends are for
I was stoked to be allowed to ride with Road bikes ( I did feel a bit out of place though), and it is just nice to ride with people with the same likes and that enjoy the same thing.
Also a big thanks to you both for organising it, and keeping the speed down so I could actually ride as part of the group

    See you all next time

Yea the lineup was 'varied' alright. That is what these rides are about. Something for everyone (almost)

Well the weather better be kind next week, seeing as I'll be attending. And going to a lot of trouble to attend too; getting out of an assessment and doing it another time, to go for a ride. I mean, damn straight I have my priorities right!

You are welcome, Zukin. They have to keep their speed down because I don't do fast.....
As for being out of place, what rot! Your bike has the same number of wheels as mine, unless I didn't see it properly - quite on the cards actually, as my new glasses won't fit on under my helmet
The ride is designed for less experienced riders and those that don't want to travel at warp speed! If you fit that criteria, you are in the right place.
I look forward to next weeks outing, maybe I can get a ride or two in in the week end, so i don't hold you guys up so much on the twisties..

Go for it! I don't want to be the one to organise somewhere different every week, nor do I want people annoyed because 12 or so bikes roar past their house every Wed at the same time.

    Tomorrow

Ok I havent got the distance yet, and I am not sure how long it will take? but it will be a good a ride though

    I guesstimate about 1 1/2 to 2 hours?? at a leisurely pace.

    Cheers Scott
