Make a pint (half litre) of bechamel sauce using the flour and butter and liquid from the tripe. Mix sauce, tripe and onion and return to the casserole and reheat. Serve very hot

    I think I just saw him at the pub, bikeless, but it's ok, he was pillioning with skidmark so he should be quite safe.
