Unfortunate way to start the long weekend.
Always tears me up to see "biker down" threads. RIP
Hope the other two recover fast.

    Cool

I have DELETED all my previous posts in this thread .

Since it has upset a few.

Cheers for the red reps...... but there are a few threads in the past as to why certain threads arent started. There was a huge discussion on this subject.

Its called respect to the family to make the decision on whether or not to post on KB about the death of their family member as it is also up to the rider to mention about their bin.

Yes it is in the herald and also on TM.
There are some on TM who are very concerned that it could be someone they know.

So I wont post anymore in this particular thread.

Yes Crashe is correct that there has been a lot of discussion about this issue. The concensus was that these types of threads would not be started until it had been cleared by the family or the family started the thread. Well done Crashe for pointing this out!!

On another note - please be careful out there this weekend folks!! There are lots of rides planned and we want everyone to come back to loved ones save and sound!!!

Red reps a bit harsh matey......I also see the positive side of KBer's showing RIP respect......if I were the family I would be touched that the site was showing support...........it is not like we are actually knocking on their door etc and in their face...I am not knocking the other argument but I have mixed views.......

R.I.P biker... but I also feel for the trucky. Knowing you've been in part of killing someone would not be easy. I hope the families in all involved are OK. Terrible thing.

    Keep safe every one
