Use the mighty duck tape to make a quick repair or use the idicator stalk that works

and do what i did when mine was broken and just lift your foot the whole way after the first 50ks you start to get used to the numbness

Damn it x3. Was planning to start attending these rides, but alas, still have no bike. I was sure the weather was only meant to fine up when my bike was fixed.

Unfortunately that wont work cause of where its broken and cause its the gear side. You have to put too much pressure on it to change gears. Trust me, I tried

It was a bit chrisp over the Takas tonight chasps. Thank goodness eh for heated handgrips! Summer is not yet here.

I didn't find it to bad, in fact I caught myself thinking on the way back to Wellington...it's not all that cold.

Wicked night, you can't beat the Takas on a good day.

I'm taking the car up to Taupo tomorrow. Anyone riding up to the Suzuki track day and wanting gear taken up can give it to me at breakers after the ride tonight.
