lol, dude I love driving manuals. Sure an auto is easier but if a late model sports car in manual is there I'll grab that. When I last had a decent powered rwd car (personal) I loved getting the tail out, hold the angle with my right knee (left leg is working the clutch) and quickly grab second or third gear. Took a few of the mechanics from work out in a 500hp GTR not long ago, with the atessa 4wd system doing it's job you can keep those puppies in a long drift. On my first trip to Japan (holiday, not business) a friend of my wife owned a dynoed 650hp R34 GTR, he chucked me the keys and let me drive for a couple of hours on the motorway. We got to Nagoya and he pointed to the instruments. I thought he was telling me to watch my speed. That was until my wife (who was in the back) told me he was telling me to run it out to 9000rpm. No need to ask me twice. Big launch from the lights, stepped out sideways, kept it nailed and went through the box as quick as possible (only two gear changes until I realised I was off the 180km/h clock). He was laughing so hard, couldn't stop shaking my hand after we stopped.

Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule

Stuck in a company 2005 BA Falcon XT weekdays, really pisses me off on fine summer days. Drive the missus' Suzuki Vitara on weekends or whenever the hairy dogs have to come with us. 6 months ago my work car was a VY "S" Ute, I miss it and Falcons are shit!
