I wonder what Tenancy Services said about onus of proof for owners saying they want to "move back in"? Is their word okay or can you force them to document it somehow? i.e. prove they are actually leaving their other place?

Dover... did they give you notice in writing?... it has to be written notice (and not back dated).

I'm thinking of ditching Auckland altogether and buying in a country town.

I'll plant the missus there and commute when I can be arsed and go home for the weekend. What do you reckon?
