To be perfectly honest, I am not sure: I think that one came up as a link in a website I was looking at about cameras and camera mounts on bikes.
Did you have a looke at the other two at the drop down link at the bottom of that site - head and horizon, and countersteering were discussed.

You can get things like gap cover for your bike which covers the difference between finance amount and market value of bike.
This is a good post. Fortunately I've never been in this position but in one of my more reflective moments I did wonder why people put up with shit from someone else's insurance company. If you're owed more than the insurance company wants to pay, that should be the policy holder's problem, not your's.
I would suggest that as soon as the insurance company starts to play silly buggers, write to them and copy the policy holder to state that you are no longer prepared to deal with them and to remind the policy holder that you will hold him/her liable for all incurred costs.
