No not that im aware of. There was talk of riding through to hells pizza as a bit of a remeberance ride, there was also talk of doing this in conjunction with the south Auckland ride but Im not sure what happened to any of these ideas.

I do know that I will be at shell Westgate tomorow at about 6.45pm, unless I hear something different

my original post was in relation to a suggestion that the southerners might entertain the idea of joining you guys and gals on your ride.

would the opposite also be an idea, we do have some great roads down here in sth auckland and environs?
if we get out of town fast enough the machete wielding lunatics won't be an issue

LOL... no secrets. Jetlag combined with 3 young kids at home means I don't know what day it is.

The combined rides idea sounds reasonable and makes sense but you'd need to take it up with those that organise 'em. Those I know there is a monthy Mentors ride being set up that'll clash on one Wednesday a month though.

seriously, if the decision was made to honour your mate with that ride I'm sure some of the southerners could be convinced to join.
