Past or present Kiwi T595 owners

The T595 Daytona has captured my interest as I search out possible new rides.
Anybody here had one, still have one or know of mates with one?
It's a bike I could easily make more comfortable for two up adventures and fits my sporting ambitions so I'm interested in reliability, parts and service information and personal experiences...ride impressions would also be appreciated

    cheers

Never owned one but I watched one throw it's balance shaft out through the front of the engine cases on a have a go day at Ruapuna. Rumour was there were a lot of other problems with frames and electrical systems.

A mate of mine had one new about 6 or so years ago and had untold problems with the electrics and engine management system.
He sold it and went back to Ducati.

Apart from the above problems they smash their clutchbasket springs which fall into the gearbox & if it hasn't already broken 3/4th gear aready which they do regulary then the gearbox is toast !!!! . Spent close to $7000 fixing my Speedtriple . Don't waste your money on a T595 either !!
