Hahahahahaha, even the yanks are ditching imperial sizing...

I just hadn't heard anyone refer to a weight in 'stone' for about 10 years or more...hahaha, but fair enough I guess...

Imperial sizing is surprisingly common though.... ....how bigs ya willy? 3" ? hahahah! The most common unit for measuring it!

Usually only old fogeys that still use imperial weights and measures.. ..and some stubborn English!

Throw the scales out I reakon. According to standard BMI some female and male bodybuilders can be classed as obese if they go by their bathroom scales - its all muscle.

Not giving any numbers, let's just say clothes are 'snug'! And Farmers had those damned delicious Lily O'Brien's chocolates for half price today. I bought two boxes for Andy - of course...

No net weight gain over Christmas week. Ended the year at 110 kgs (down from 124 start 2006) This year I'm shedding 20kgs. Biggest problem Christmas week was alcohol......drinking 2 or 3 cases of beer in a week instead of 2 or 3 beers a week.

Looking forward to the dryer warmer weather and having an easier time through the twisties without having to respring my suspension.

I prefer to consider weight gain in terms of percentages. That way, the fatter you get, the slower the rate of fatness increase!

Two months ago I was 92kg.

I weighed myself this morning. 103. Goddamn motherfucking Ernest Adams fruit mince pies.

My Le Race entry should provide some appropriate fat loss motivation, though. Gulp. I don't want to have to race in the 'Clydesdale' class.

    Short? Well... I'm 175cm, which isn't exactly Masai-like, I suppose.

I don't have *that* much fat to lose, though; the best shape I've ever been in was at 86kg and 9% bodyfat. Based on past performance, dropping 10kg over the next 3 months should see me finishing Le Race < 4:00. Hopefully.

Jeez, you guys make me feel anorexic....65kg's for the last 30 years, if I vary by a kilo it's a miracle!
And yes, I can still dress myself, althought the incontinence pants get tricky sometimes...
