    Cheers Pixie.

I swore I'd never use any service provided by the AA (UK based) ever again after they pissed me about with bike recovery once, but I suppose I could give their NZ operation a chance

(Ignoring the fact that it's published in the UK obviously, lol)

Get yourself this far south and you've got a place to stay, off orad parking, warm bed and right by the main road etc etc - just give me prior warning in case I plan on being away.
BTW I too (like my daughter MyGSFX) have a UK passport. should you need me to accompany you bakc for any reason...

Tony, Nasty just bought the best one I have EVER seen (and I have a map fetish). We've just used it for our North Island Tour and the minor road detail is great as well as having main centre maps in it. The one we have is just the North Is, I assumes they have a South Is one as well.

Scale for district road maps is 1:250,000 (pgs 1-86)
District Map enlargements 1:175,000 (pgs 87-98)
    City & Town Maps 1:25,000 (pgs99-109)

    Here's what it says inside.

Can't seem to find a web site sorry
