Guitar pick made of old credit cards (they work exceedingly well actually). Custome made, and something she'll remember for sure.

Or a romantic night out. What does she enjoy doing that you kinda do/don't. Do that. Make it her night and really get into it with her.

Gift certificates (hand made) with an offer of massage, dishes/chickflick at the time/place of her choosing. Make sure there is one (and only one) ACE in there that means NO. No matter what it is you want to do, she can play the NO card and it will be respected - without argument. Piss up with the boys - party of the year... "NO".
