I'll put my hand up for a manual as well...I have a very poor quality PDF version.

I can cover very basics like changing oil + filter, removing fairings, tank, battery, replacing air filter. I'm also able to demonstrate the basics of fibreglassing fairings.

Hey Guys, for those that want the manuals... I will be printing them off a PDF file... so I don't know how well they will turn out, but I'm still happy to do copies...

R6_Kid - Videoing it and putting it on YouTube would be a great idea, except (a) I don't know if anyone coming has a cam recorder (or whatever you call them) as I only have a digital camera that with the current memory card can record a 12 second video lol and (b) if I remember correctly YouTube only allows 10 min vid's... so there would be like 18 parts lol

As for the dates, I'm just trying to organise a venue with the right tools etc then we can look at setting a date and yadda yadda

Damn... I think I broke the printer printing out the first manual (which by the way I've just noticed is for the "C6" model)

Only up to Chapter 12 and already over 100 pages...

The rest of the manual will have to wait until Monday to be printed and then the rest will be photocopied (takes too damn long printing from PDF with spooling and all).

Electrics, now we're in my field.
    You've got 4 options
    and in this order
    1) Blowen bulb. most likely
    2)Blowen fuse (Check em all)
3)Faulty switch (On an old bike, likey)
4)Faulty wire, including you haven't plugged it into the bulb.

A few tests with a cheap dicksmith $10 multimetre should tell ya

valve clearance is only adjustable via clearance measurement and shim replacement, its no simple job and requires accurate measurment.

not as easy as say on a car where you have adjustable tappets.
Ill paint your bike, $600 all up any colour you want

there fully adjustable as far as angle and stuff goes to get max light on the road. easy enough to upgrade bulbs to but dont overload the existing wiring
