Agreed - if that was the one and only reason then I'm on side with you.

I suspect it's not the only reason though. Root cause analysis may hold the answer - ask "why?" 5 times and see what you come out with.

i.e. that plane crashed!

Why? He was too tired.
Why... you get the idea.

I mostly ride with guys - why? Because there are f*** all females to ride with here - although the numbers are growing.

Why would I choose to ride in a girls only group?
Because I would feel less pressured.

Because I'm not a fast rider.

because I am not skilled enough.

Because I don't ride enough.

Because I always hold the guys up because I ride slow..........and round we go again...

The PC bullshit is gettin out of hand on this forum!! It is becoming very hard to say somrthing, in honest good natured piss taking, without some bleeding heart bitching about it. Of course the girls can organise their own bloody rides, as can the guys if they can be arsed with the flack. Bottom line, someone who organises a ride, can tell anyone to fuck off, it's their ride!
I was infracted recently, for excessive use of bad language, ok, the problem is, it was a quote that the language came from, in an R18 joke thread! How PC do you PUSSY'S want to be?

Maybe I've been living under a rock or something.

I've been attending KB rides for about 2 years - been on almost all of them that have been publicly organised in Auckland over the weekends.

But I've never, ever seen or been subjected to ridicule for being a slow rider, right from my days with a L-plate arriving 20mins plus after the rest of the group.

Hell - people like Loosebruce, Two Smoker, Motoracer, Death, Zed, Aff-man, etc, would be waiting, parked on the side of the road with no helmets on and big welcoming smiles on their faces.

What is this chest beating - pressure to keep up - peepee envy that people are talking about??
