I was getting a fairly bad throbbing headache, (always have after sustained physical activity), and it always starts after a few hours of racing. I was drinking lots (3 to 4 litres) of water, eating heaps and it didn't stop it. I talked to a gym instructor about it and she said "Hopefully its due to loss of potassium and other stuff- thats an easy fix". She was bang on the money. Last weekend I did two full on race days without a headache. Sunday was fairly hot and i had no problems at all. I took 4 litres of Replace per day and still ran out. Both days I finished feeling fresh and focussed. Replace made a huge difference. If you're not already using it, give it a go.

Anyway- good luck with it Kirk. Here's hoping it's something simple.

Ahh yes and what confirms that is Ivan... I mean Kirk's "Ivan's number 1 fan" tag line...

We're looking forward to watching you move up the placings at Puke.
