Yes as gav said its 'Ben Spies', that second picture is him riding his gsxr 600,
He rides superbike as well as supersport in the ama class, last year he bet Mat Madlin (7 times winner, his team mate) to the superbike crown,
His nick name is called 'elbows' as you can tell by pictures like this.
