Maybe there's more RSVs around cos people aren't trashing them or themselves. There's more RSVs around than when I bought mine, but that's good cos otherwise Haines wouldn't have produced a manual for them.

Just because something becomes more common, it doesn't stop it being cool. I personally prefer my 2001 models look to the SP2 style later models that's why I still have it (and I can't afford another boo hoo!).

The thread startred by basically saying that RSV's are becoming as popular as the GIXXERS. Near as I can tell, that's quite true.

But the thread has been takin by some to mean, that they are better, how can that be? THEY ARE IN DIFFERENT FUCKIN CLASSES!!!!

You cannot compare the two, because they are built for a different reason. Near as I can tell, the GSXR is pure race bred, crap paint, thin flimsy plastic, no frills, and the most punishable motor. With a scary as all fuck, you better know what you're doin or I''ll spit you off, ride.
The RSV is well finished, smooth, easy to ride fast, and damn sexy.

Poles apart, so everyone on here, (even though you might not agree with the reasons I've givin, the bikes are worlds apart), you are not arguing, instead you are just talkin shit, to hear your own opinion.
11 pages and FINALLY someone has got it!! I didn't say Gixxers are shit RSVR's are better - I just asked if RSVR's are becoming so popular they are the next sought after bike...

Thank-you FIZZERMAN for making sense of it clearly.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.

WTF do you mean FINALLY?? I raised the issue about three or four weeks ago! And offered a solution!

As for being "the next sought after bike" - have you SEEN one? How can they NOT be sought after? Sex on wheels, buddy . . .

No, you dumb fuck, what we're doing here is having a good laugh amongst mates.

Except Sensei, he seems to have taken something I've said to heart mistakenly. Seems I'm making a real name for myself in the 'Naki at the moment.

Triple switch could be handy come noise test time with the aftermarket pipes. Go to a tester that knows sweet fuck all about bikes, switch it to the lowest power map and you should instantly have lower noise in the test. Out of the test, flick the switch and you've instantly got a real bike again.

Doesn't your Vicki kick your arse on her Gixxer? does that mean she's a man, or that you're a girl.

Wasn't your Gixxer a 600? So power to wieght is around the same, just delivered differently.

Besides, near as I can tell, you're just a loud mouth with fuckk all to say.
