Andrew will do what he is told to do by the powers that be! and we all know he will give it his best shot, a bit strange I think to bring a new bike un tested to the last round of the champs?

Maybe Suzuki has Robbie on a much lower bonus contract figure?

you're a smart boy, what about Bruce Anstey in IOM? There isnt much of a racing breed in NZ - Australia, Europe, USA etc all have fields of 30+ bikes racing at club level which makes them a lot more competitive, not to mention the incentives offered not only in the forms of prize money but 'position pay' offered by manufacturers for racing their brand and achieving top 5 placings etc, they also have training schemes to jump start young talent... oh and lets not forget the whole demographic/(fast racers per capita) bullshit.

as a matter of interest, in most other other national sports, competitors normally were born or have lived in the country for a few years. whast up with letting some aussies come and race?

As you said mate, NZ racers are slow so we have to let in some fast foreigners so we can get better. There's hope for NZ yet eh...
