Yep...was a good effort indeed Mr Trash!!

I was pretty pleased with our efforts...and your efforts especially!! on the bike...as its a bit of an animal at times that thing!! and the fact you only had a very limited amount of time to get used to it!!

Big thanks to shaun for the suspension help...we were having issuse trying to stop it wheel spinning on corner exits...and with shauns advice we had it handling a shit load better!! [although jay lawrence didn't seem to mind the fact the rear lit up under power....apparently you can steer it quite nicely with the rear when you a few cm away from a cliff or bank!! hmm ]

PTR [Poo's team racing] needs to thank our sponsers... ALLTRAX,Dave Andersons Suzuki, motostyle [auckland] and my wallet!!

was a good weekend.....and big ups to fizzaman for hauling arse and proving me and alot of other wrong!!! taking the whole event!! you barstard!!!

And jay...well....riding a bike thats got less suspension than most old matresses and not to mention 2months older than you!!! and getting third over all!!! jezbus that was some talented and spirited riding!! well done!!

So there ya go. 4.5 kilometers, 1.36.3 seconds (for me) and an average speed of I guess 170 kph from a standing start. If riding this event doesn't get your heart pumping, you don't have a pulse. Simple.
Speak for your own family. My Nana is a boozehag and would be offended if I didn't invite her.

    1:36.3s = 168.2km/h average speed.

Anyone wanting to work out their average speed see my post in the other cliffhanger thread

Top effort, might have to see about running a sidecar at it next year (I know it's been done before) you'd be keen to swing on it wouldn't you?

What a great write up Jimmy, big ups to you for fourth place.
huge ups to Poos for doing you proud and providing a ride and Shaun for some specialist help.

Shaun, this would be your thing mate (though perhaps a bit short after the TT). What a BLAST. Can't wait too come back to it.....the buzz from doing that kind of riding between banks and blind corners, over crests...also racing against yourself and the road, not other people. Totally diffrent mindset to racing too isn't it though? Its an extremly quik road ride rather than racing mindgame....
