Well, that didn't work too well did it?

We're gonna pull out of the ride seeing as noone in rotorua want's to play. Will be going straight to the navigator at 5 instead, all are welcome.

I'm trying!!

Should i get it going, i'll ask for directions... to the parlour of course, 'cos that's where general members of the public would expect 'us motorsycling types' to go... hmpf!

Sure will....Todd's having a bit of a burfday bash Sat night so chances are, he'll be too hung over to ride with me. I'm planning on leaving here at 7.30....get the best parking spot and get to see some of the practice and qualifying. Spud's place after racing sounds like a plan.

Don't know of any rentals off hand but I know they're sometimes available. In the past I've found country houses out Kaharoa way by just driving out there, being a nosey cow and asking the locals. You could also put an add on the school notice boards.(Pyes Pa, Kaharoa)

We'll be there from about 1700. It's the Navigator Bar & Grill, In the Mount on Maunganui rd on the roundabout with Rate St. It's next to Bobby's and across from Breakers...

You can't miss it, just look for the bikes parked up on the right as you go into the Mount.

Being a tight-wad (hey, I'm saving for TT07!) i object to Hennessey's putting their prices up to $5.80 (funnily enough, just in time for the World Cup...hmmm). I know a pint is still $5 at the Mole, and they got pool tables. Who's keen to give it a go, and have a "pool comp" while we're there?

Mate, the clientele seemed alright, was even a family with there kids there.... and Vanessa showed up.

But the best bit is it's happy hour there from 4-10pm fridays, $2.50 handles gets my vote every time, sorry hennessy's but my scotchish heritage wins out.
