A friend of mine put these on his bike, plus piston and mild cam, and it made quite a difference. The stock heads are crap. You will notice the difference. And if you really want to let the engine breathe easy, get a Thunderheader - there is no better pipe to get extra low down and up omph outta an Evo - it really is an amazing pipe. Bog standard 1340s put out about 55hp. With the above, set up right, you should be over 80 or even 90hp - a very torquey 90hp. It's the easiest way to get more - you can't safely overbore 1990 engines as the cases are too weak.
